Human Resources Generalist Job Summary\

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for promoting employee welfare and resolving human relations problems.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in HRBP, labor relations, or employee relations, with a strong understanding of HR systems and procedures. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Resolve human relations problems and promote employee health and well-being
  • Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems
  • Meet with management to determine appropriate action
  • Explain and provide advice to employees on company rules, regulations, and procedures
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • At least 2-3 years of HRBP, labor relations, or employee relations experience
  • Bachelor's/college degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
