Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Chiller Sales Assistant Manager.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the industrial and commercial cooling sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You will work closely with our sales manager and cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales plans, nurture client relationships, and deliver tailored chiller solutions that meet complex operational needs.
ResponsibilitiesSales Strategies:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote chiller systems to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Technical Consultation:
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client needs.
Presentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.
Collaboration and Negotiation:
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the same field or industry.
- Proven experience in HVAC or industrial equipment sales, preferably with chillers.
- Strong understanding of cooling systems, refrigeration, and energy efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
