Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains a culture of compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ongoing oversight over ResultsCX compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required.
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance.
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance-related activities are coordinated.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A university degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
