As a key member of our team, we are seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Architect to provide expert-level assistance in the administration and support of ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration management, including ITSM and ITAM modules. They will also be experienced in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as providing strategic direction and guidance for the development and deployment of new integrations with internal/external systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing advanced-level assistance to ServiceNow admins for day-to-day operations/support cases.
  • Researching and analyzing business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, developing, enhancing, and managing configurations in ServiceNow, and testing and supporting the rollout of solutions.
  • Leading the development and deployment of new integrations with internal/external systems.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience required.
  • 6-8+ years in an IT environment with strong IT Service Management experience and a solid understanding of ITIL.
  • 5-7+ years of ServiceNow experience in administration, configurations, customizations, development, enhancements, troubleshooting, end-user support, platform updates, and maintenance.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (essential).

Key skills include:

  • Mastery of ServiceNow Core Modules, including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request) and ITAM (including CMDB and HAM).
  • Advanced understanding of CSDM and CMDB, including integrating and importing data using asset discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF, Qualys).
  • Experience using SDLC and/or Agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software (essential).
