Key Responsibilities:- Manage the implementation of Contact Center projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional time management skills and ability to operate with minimal guidance.
- Assess solution specifications and recommend optimal solution designs and changes to meet customer needs.
- Complete customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process, including accurate and timely project reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, deliver on commitments, and exercise sound judgment in challenging situations.
