The Role:

- Act as a dedicated resource for customers with queries.

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to share customer insights and contribute to strategies aimed at improving the customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless deliveries and transactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong people skills - friendly and empathetic.
- Quick learner who can think on their feet.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Richpanel, Zendesk or similar.
- Passionate about creating amazing experiences for customers.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and delights in problem-solving.
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
