Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing connections with potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this dynamic position.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers
  2. Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  3. Ensuring accurate data entry into our system
  4. Representing the company with professionalism during interactions with contacts
  5. Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements
  6. Delivering reports in a timely and accurate manner
  7. Participating in process-improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role
  2. Exceptional listening and verbal communication skills
  3. A strong internet connection
  4. A professional and quiet workspace
  5. A willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts
