Remote Customer Support Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer support professional to join our team. As a remote customer support agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, orders, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience working with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
