Customer Support Specialist Role

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with expertise in problem-solving and customer engagement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience or equivalent customer-facing roles
  • Experience supporting customers via email and/or chat
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and comprehensive issue resolution
  • Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a keen sense of patterns
  • Thrives in collaborative environments where expertise is shared and feedback is valued
  • Solution-driven, with the ability to discern when to provide compensation
Additional Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360
  • Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM while chatting with customers
  • Interest in ecommerce, with possible previous experience leading ecommerce clients
