As a Customer Service Representative at TASQ Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- At least 18 months of BPO experience in Travel, Telco, or Technical Support (or a combination of these)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a team environment
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
