Technical Expertise Role

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expertise professional to provide technical ownership of assigned clients. As a Managed IT Services Provider, we consult with diverse clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in determining the efficacy and efficiency of existing client infrastructure, systems, software, and processes, and making recommendations for project completion to meet client needs. They will also be responsible for resolving escalated client technical issues, documenting and creating network diagrams, and reviewing changes written by other engineers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical ownership of assigned clients
  • Active participant in determining the efficacy and efficiency of existing client infrastructure, systems, software, and processes
  • Making recommendations for project completion to meet client needs
  • Resolving escalated client technical issues
  • Documentation and network diagram creation and updates
  • Change control approval
  • Reviewing changes written by other engineers

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem identification, management, and resolution skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with a diverse client base. They should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Additionally, they should have 7+ years of technical support experience with increasing responsibilities, managed services experience preferred, and technical subject matter expertise on MSP products as they relate to our services.
