Learning and Development Professional

About the Role:
This position involves delivering and implementing learning strategies to enhance employee performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales training, facilitation, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training plans that meet business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs for various sales channels and BPI AIA stakeholders.
- Prioritize and schedule training initiatives aligned with BPI AIA's strategy.
- Develop and deploy learning experiences based on the 6D's of Learning.
- Conduct evaluation post-learning performance and use insights to improve programs.
Ways of Working:
- Train, mentor, develop, and coach employees to enhance their skills.
- Lead and motivate team members to learn and innovate.
- Support workstreams, projects, and engagements to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar industry with extensive knowledge in sales training, facilitation, and management.
- Background in Finance, Banking, and Insurance.
- Skills: Presentation/Facilitation, Excellent Communication, Problem Solving & Decision-Making, Coaching & Mentoring, Project Management.
