We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Learning and Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the professional growth and development of our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Assessment: Assess training needs across different departments and develop tailored learning solutions to address these needs.
  • Design and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration with Experts: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials and resources.
  • Evaluation Methods: Implement effective training evaluation methods to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manager Support: Provide guidance and support to managers in identifying and addressing the training needs of their teams.
  • Strategic Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our hospital's learning and development strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and review performance evaluation, KRA, and KPIs of employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering interactive training programs using a variety of methods and technologies.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing training initiatives and measuring their impact.
