About the role

As a Learning and Development Specialist at Manila Doctors Hospital (Manila Medical Services Inc.), you will play a vital role in shaping the professional growth and development of our dedicated team. In this full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative training programs that empower our employees to excel in their roles and contribute to the hospital's overall success.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess training needs across different departments and develop tailored learning solutions
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials and resources
  • Implement effective training evaluation methods to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in identifying and addressing the training needs of their teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the hospital's learning and development strategies
  • Monitor and review performance evaluation, KRA and KPIs of the employees
  • Monitor annual training calendar and its implementation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering interactive training programs using a variety of methods and technologies
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing training initiatives and measuring their impact
