Job Overview

This role encompasses managing the entire onboarding lifecycle for temporary education professionals.


Main Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive compliance and onboarding tasks:
    • Coordinate onboarding workflows from offer to start date
    • Verify state licensure, credentials, and certifications
    • Manage and track background checks, TB tests, fingerprinting, and other pre-employment requirements
    • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and client portals

    • Ensure seamless payroll support:
      • Validate contractor information for payroll processing
      • Review weekly timesheets for completeness and accuracy
      • Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely payment to contractors

      • Deliver exceptional client management:
        • Create and send client contracts for review and signature
        • Track contract status and follow up on timely return
        • Maintain organized records of signed contracts


      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
      • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an onboarding or compliance role (required)
      • Strong knowledge of school district onboarding and credentialing requirements (desired)

This position demands exceptional organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, clear written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
