Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Onboarding Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of reports to address gaps and possible solutions
  • Collaborate with recruiters, business units, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Manage the end-to-end process of external hires, including creating employee SAP records and IDs
  • Resolve tickets in JIRA in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in HR onboarding or equivalent
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Mastery of two or more onboarding stages and solid understanding of standard operating procedures
Preferred Skills
  • Mastery of SAP hiring processes
  • Knowledge of government statutory benefits and basic labor laws
  • Familiarity with SAP, O365, recruitment systems, and other relevant tools
