Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the entire onboarding lifecycle for temporary education professionals, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding workflows for contractors from offer to start date
  • Verify state licensure, credentials, and certifications for school personnel
  • Coordinate and track background checks, TB tests, fingerprinting, and other pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and client portals
  • Communicate regularly with contractors to ensure timely submission of onboarding documents

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in onboarding, compliance, or credentialing is required
  • Strong knowledge of school district onboarding and credentialing requirements is preferred

  • Familiarity with background check processes and state-specific compliance laws
  • Knowledge of education compliance regulations and credential management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
