We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience working with students with diverse needs, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. They will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans, providing coaching and guidance to tutors, and ensuring that all students receive high-quality instruction.

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to tutors on effective teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and student behavior support.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, including academic achievement and behavioral data.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistency in instructional methods and materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with students with special needs.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and achieving academic goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
