Guest Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless stays.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer guest phone calls and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Effectively manage and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.
  • Update reservations accurately for proper accounting.
  • Liaise with external platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO to resolve channel-specific issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with online travel agencies (OTAs) and short-term rental property management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
