Telecommunications Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:

The Telecommunications Service Delivery Specialist plays a vital role in managing the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications services. This involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met and compliance with SLAs is maintained.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project communications and documentation using internal systems
  • Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and vendors to fulfill installation and provisioning requirements
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM for real-time project visibility
  • Identify potential delays, risks, or conflicts and escalate or recommend mitigation strategies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 to 12 months experience in telco project coordination or service delivery
  • Proficiency in Monday.com for project workflow and task management
  • Experience with Halo PSA and Zoho CRM preferred
