We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with a background in GAAP and NetSuite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting month-end close procedures, maintaining associated workpapers, managing the fixed asset lifecycle, coordinating cash applications, executing journal entries, and reconciling intercompany accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Month-End Close Support: Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, analyzing balance sheet accounts, and ensuring timely completion of month-end close procedures.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Manage the fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, including tracking capital expenditures and calculating monthly depreciation and amortization.
  • Cash Application Coordination: Collaborate with the Revenue/Receivables team to drive timely cash applications and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Intercompany Reconciliation: Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure proper elimination entries are made for consolidating multiple legal entities.
Requirements:
  • Accounting Experience: At least 5 years' experience as an in-house accounting professional preparing month-end close reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
  • Education: A completed university degree in accounting; CPA preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp, as well as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • GAAP Knowledge: Comprehensive familiarity with GAAP accounting and advanced proficiency in lease accounting is a plus.
