Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Professional to play a key role in maintaining our business's financial health.

You will be responsible for preparing and recording journal entries, reconciling bank accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain well-organized and accurate financial records, ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies, and support both routine and high-impact accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and record journal entries and general ledger transactions
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Help prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Perform variance analysis and explain key fluctuations
  • Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate with numbers
  • Understanding of GAAP and accounting workflows
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar software
  • Professional English communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage time, tasks, and deadlines in a remote setup
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and related tools
