About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Relationship Executive to join our team at Hired Hub Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and developing and implementing account plans to grow revenue from existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years or more of experience in the Construction, Engineering & Design or any related industry, a Bachelor's Degree, and be willing to work onsite and do field work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement account plans to grow revenue from existing clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's construction materials, including specifications, applications, and pricing.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback from clients to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and account performance analysis.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
