Head of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales to join our team at The Sales Machine. As a Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading our enterprise sales efforts, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building and managing high-performing sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on building and managing high-performing sales teams. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead our enterprise sales efforts, developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
