
Legal Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide essential support in managing internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Perform operations support tasks including:
- Providing comprehensive support to the legal team
- Assisting with implementing and improving operational processes and workflows
- Conduct internal records reviews including:
- Reviewing internal records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining documentation
- Coordinate training sessions including:
- Scheduling training programs
- Preparing necessary resources and materials
- Manage fortnightly schedules and reports including:
- Tracking progress on key initiatives
- Summarizing operational activities
- Track client conflict resolution efforts including:
- Recording issues and monitoring resolution progress
- Maintaining records of client interactions and outcomes
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
- Experience in operations support record management or client service is a plus
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance are a plus
- Proficiency in office software e.g. MS Office Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
