
Strategic Portfolio Lead

This key position oversees a portfolio of small to mid-market accounts, driving product adoption, renewals, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong customer relationships.
The Account Manager's primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers to meet adoption goals, building and maintaining executive relationships with customer accounts, implementing best practices for customers, analyzing user engagement data, leading business reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and monitoring customer health.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree relevant to the position
- Two or more years of professional experience in a sales or account management style position
- Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients
- Technical proficiency on SaaS products
- Previous customer service experience and the ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing;
- The ability to work both in a team and independently with excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Growth mindset;
- Ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve problems that may arise;
- Resilience in a scale-up environment where we often must solve problems not encountered before;
