As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for validating collections and payments through online bank statements and other payment channels.

Daily issuance of receipts, collecting due and overdue accounts from banks and financing companies are key tasks in this role.

Updating collection-related information to our sales transactions monitoring tool is also an essential function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate collections and payments to ensure accurate records
  • Prepare sales and collections monitoring tools for internal customers and accounting
  • Collect due and overdue accounts, updating customer account status accordingly
  • Perform account reconciliations, communicating with internal and external customers
  • Facilitate corporate bank account usage in the business
  • Ensure timely process and settlement for all types of disbursement
