Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Specialist

This role bridges CRM systems, tech onboarding, reporting, and internal automation to improve efficiency across the business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving Salesforce automations, workflows, and integrations; troubleshooting and resolving CRM issues quickly; running monthly audits on CRM data and ensuring compliance with our standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve Salesforce automations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues quickly.
  • Run monthly audits on CRM data and ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Set up new team members with email, Salesforce access, and tech tools.
  • Run onboarding sessions for advisors on dashboards, CRM, and internal systems.
  • Support advisors and client services with ongoing CRM usage questions.
  • Send EDMs weekly.
  • Monitor engagement performance and flag underperforming lists using Pardot integration.
  • Delve weekly reports on CRM usage and advisor performance metrics.
  • Track key KPIs across the sales floor.
  • Provide monthly executive summaries on engagement, campaigns, and opportunities.
  • Enhance dashboards for users.
  • Ensure Salesforce and connected tools are working smoothly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to improve processes.
  • Launch and monitor AI integrations, bots, or scheduling tech improvements.
  • Suggest at least 2 new system improvements per quarter.
  • Lead idea sessions and test automations that can enhance workflow.
  • Join bi-weekly team meetings focused on CRM/tech updates.
Work Environment & Expectations:

This is a full-time work-from-home position with fixed shift times. You will be expected to work a fixed schedule, maintain professionalism and accountability, and actively participate in team and client calls with camera ON.

Requirements include discipline and commitment to set working hours, use of time tracking software during work hours, consistent availability and responsiveness during your shift, and treating this as a long-term full-time role.
