Medical Scribe Home Health Job Opportunity

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Scribe with a background in Home Health to support our clinical team.

The successful candidate will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to assist with documentation, focusing on pre-charting and post-charting of comprehensive assessments in electronic medical records systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Complete pre-charting on comprehensive home health assessments in electronic medical records systems.
    • Assist with post-charting by accurately documenting clinical notes and required details.
    • Ensure that documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
    • Work collaboratively with nurses to support the review and finalization of patient records.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient health information in accordance with HIPAA.
    • Stay up-to-date with home health documentation requirements and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong written communication and data entry skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
