We are seeking a talented professional to join our finance team as a Trade Deduction Associate.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to participate in driving client value by providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing.

  • Navigate various portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers when issues arise.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive manuals for each distributor and direct account.
  • Prepare and send regular status updates to clients via email.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in trade promotion management.
  • A background or education in accounting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with major time zones.
  • Proficient business-level English fluency required.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and deliver exceptional customer service.
