We are seeking a skilled Trade Specialist to facilitate import and export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective coordination with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will provide accurate BOC documents for importations, including CP and Rice Seeds, for timely VAT reporting
- Maintain awareness of incoming shipments and POs, coordinate with relevant parties, and hand over required documents
- Apply CAIP and Non-VAT importations following FPA regulation in a timely manner
- Manage source documents, including import/export permits, contracts, and licenses
- Support the Planner in processing/ordering packaging/delivery
- Assist in government meetings/requirements
- Monitor and update import/export masterlist and stakeholder communications
- Assist in monitoring billing invoices of suppliers for timely payments
Necessary Qualifications:
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems
