We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Experience team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade promotion management, accounting, and financial analysis.

Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will be responsible for building a scalable platform that supports deductions reconciliation, identifying trends and opportunities for clients based on expense settlements. They will also develop standard operating procedures for different tasks within the department and identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the deductions process.

  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management

A background or education in Accounting

Works a shift aligned with the PST, MST, EST timezones

Deductions, collections, reconciliations and general trade finance experience is required

CPG Industry experience is required

Technical prowess with SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite

Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change

Business level English fluency required

Impeccable oral and written communication skills
