Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of financial records and reports, as well as maintaining, monitoring, and improving financial systems and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and correctness of financial records and reports.
  • Maintain, monitor, and improve financial systems and reports.
  • Prepare and submit periodic consolidated financial statements, cash flow management reports, tax reports, and other required documents.
  • Manage customer, merchant, and vendor transactions.
  • Collaborate with business units and project teams to analyze margins, variances, and costs.
  • Develop and manage processes for financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Implement and review internal controls and processes.
  • Oversee the external audit process.
  • Train junior accounting staff and perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of experience in financial analysis and compliance reporting.
  • At least 5 years of experience with financial and/or accounting software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
