Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the entire financial operation, developing and implementing strategic plans for financial growth. The Finance Head will manage the budget, forecast future financial performance, and lead the Finance Team in advising management on financial decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  1. The ideal candidate will develop and manage the annual budget, forecast future financial performance, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

  2. Efficient cash flow management and investment strategies will be a key responsibility of this position.

  3. Financial analysis, timely reporting, and providing insights to inform strategic decisions are crucial aspects of this role.

  4. Evaluating and recommending investment opportunities to maximize returns is another key function of this position.

  5. Identifying cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation and ensuring financial stability through risk assessment and mitigation.

  6. Implementing strong internal controls to protect company assets and developing financial strategies for long-term security.

  7. Effective management of receivables, payables, and investments is essential for smooth financial operations.

  8. Leading and mentoring the Finance Team to achieve high performance and professionalism aligned with organizational objectives.

  9. Collaboration with other business units to align financial objectives with broader business goals.

  10. Supporting expansion efforts by identifying new revenue streams and leveraging financial technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  2. At least eight years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and corporate finance.

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues.

  4. Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and advanced Excel skills, as well as data analysis tools.

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  6. A strong sense of ethics and professionalism in maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

  7. Effective business acumen and insight.
