We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to own the financial backbone of our business. This is not just an accounting role — you'll be setting the standard for financial discipline, protecting our margins, and providing leadership with insights needed to make smart, fast decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance processes.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls that safeguard company assets.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

  • Monitor receivables, payables, and credit lines to optimize liquidity.
  • Forecast cash flow and anticipate financing needs.
  • Improve collection processes and payment terms.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budget planning and rolling forecasts.
  • Partner with department heads to track performance against budgets.
  • Provide variance analysis with clear, actionable insights.

Tax & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, government reporting, and audits.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulators.

Business Partnering

  • Support leadership in financial decision-making with scenario analysis.
  • Recommend process improvements and systems upgrades to strengthen financial operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management — balancing risk management with growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA or strong accounting/finance background.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong grasp of tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A detail-oriented operator who thrives on structure, but with the ability to think big-picture.
