Job Title: System Builder, Process OptimizerOverview

The role of a system builder requires the ability to map and simplify end-to-end processes into crisp SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates). The ideal candidate should have experience in building no/low-code integrations and automations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Map and simplify end-to-end processes into crisp SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates).
  • Integration and Automation: Build no/low-code integrations and automations across our stack (Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace/M365).
  • Launch and Track: Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact (cycle time, error rates, cost per task, adoption).
  • Advisory Committee: Source & orchestrate advisory committees / SMEs: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Training and Adoption: Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Proof of Concept: Run POC – Pilot – Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
