WFM Planning Expert

We are seeking a skilled WFM Planning Expert to optimize our workforce management processes and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high service levels.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic recommendations to enhance productivity and meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and capacity plans to support informed decision-making
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to balance service levels with operational constraints
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop and maintain staffing models, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contact center workforce management
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database systems
  • Familiarity with WFM tools, such as IEX, eWFM, CMS, Avaya, and Geotel
  • Broad knowledge of the contact center environment and industry best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex information effectively
