Business Analytics Expertise

We seek a Business Analytics Expert to drive operational excellence through process mining and analytics. This role entails transforming operational data, developing process models, and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business intelligence platforms to identify suitable tools for our operations.
  • Create process mining models using Celonis or similar tools to analyze and optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows and data sources, translating them into event logs that inform analytics efforts.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Analyze root causes of process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities to drive business improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business analytics and process mining.
  • Familiarity with Celonis or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate/Power Apps.
