Job Title: Email Marketing Professional

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Email Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase traffic, and boost conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices, including list management, campaign creation, and automation. They will also have excellent copywriting and editing skills, as well as the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and services
  • Design engaging email templates using MailChimp's drag-and-drop editor
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using MailChimp's analytics tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or similar field
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Enthusiasm, fast learning, and willingness to receive constructive feedback
  • Proficiency in MailChimp, including list management, campaign creation, and automation
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
