Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies centered on an audience predominantly visiting obituaries.

You will collaborate with the product team to enhance email capture rates and optimizing email conversion flows for our unique audience. You will also conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand and business objectives.

  • This role requires strong experience in building and launching high-volume email campaigns from scratch, with a focus on empathy and conversion.
Key Responsibilities

As the Email Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing high-volume email marketing campaigns across multiple systems and email platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Driving the creation and execution of A/B tests across various channels to determine the most effective strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Creating engaging, brand-aligned messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition of consumer products while being sensitive to the emotion of the audience.
  • Maintaining subscriber data integrity, focusing on segmentation and list hygiene for optimal campaign results.
Requirements

To succeed as our Email Marketing Specialist, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or similar discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to produce quality work in a timely manner.
  • BASIC HTML and Salesforce experience required.
