Overview

Succeed as a seasoned Email Retention Strategist and drive significant revenue for top brands.

This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for a marketing expert to own the retention strategy for 7- to 8-figure brands, focusing on email-based revenue growth.

You'll be responsible for turning data into actionable insights and recommendations, not just reporting on results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to drive revenue through email channels.
  • Collaborate with tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, and Wonderment to leverage data from analytics platforms such as GA4 and Triple Whale.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
  • A proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue.
  • Experience working in fast-paced agencies or high-growth DTC brands.
  • A deep understanding of marketing beyond the email channel.
