As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform. You will provide guidance on best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with IP management, authentication protocols, and sender reputation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  2. Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  3. Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  4. Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  5. Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  6. Create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform, as well as in Google Slides, Vibe, or any other collaborative tool.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  8. Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
  9. Present and discuss email marketing campaign reports with clients in regular meetings.
