Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, conducting market research, designing automated workflows, leveraging A/B testing, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Conduct consumer behavior analysis and optimize messaging
  • Implement automated lead nurturing and retention strategies
  • Optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action using A/B testing
  • Maintain best practices in design, deliverability, and compliance
  • Design error-free email copy resonating with target audiences
  • Collaborate with designers on enhanced email layouts and visual appeal
  • Align email marketing with broader marketing initiatives
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Generate reports and insights to drive continuous improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign execution, and automation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Experience in database management and audience segmentation
  • Strong expertise in copywriting, messaging, and email automation workflows
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and deliverability optimization
