Key Responsibilities:

    • Effectively handle objections to maintain candidate engagement.
  • Driving Delivery Excellence:
    • Maintain accurate data in ATS and trackers.
    • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed SLA expectations.
    • Provide world-class experiences for candidates and stakeholders.
    • Share real-time market and talent insights to inform hiring decisions.
