Healthcare Training Specialist Job Summary

Med-Metrix offers a dynamic career opportunity as a Healthcare Training Specialist. This role is responsible for conducting medical coding education for new and existing medical coders.

  • Develop training programs, modules, and curriculum for medical coding and billing, including ICD 10 CM, CPT, E/M coding, Business of Medicine, Edit Resolution, and Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues impacting internal and external customers.

Key Qualifications:

  • CPC certification from AAPC or CCS certification from AHIMA.
  • Proficient in revenue cycle management, E/M, and procedure coding.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
