Job Title: Virtual Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our marketing team as a Virtual Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  2. Support content efforts by writing copy for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  3. Assist in managing company social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends and analytics.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  5. Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage multiple tasks.
