Job Title:

Educational Program Director

This is a vital role in ensuring the success of our educational programs. As an Educational Program Director, you will be responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • The Director will oversee the coordination of instructors, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver high-quality instruction.
  • They will also be responsible for monitoring student progress, identifying areas where students need additional support, and developing strategies to improve outcomes.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the Director will provide quality customer service to students, parents, and staff.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in education, preferably in a virtual setting.

  • Time management, planning, and prioritization
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month
  • Effective communications both in virtual environments
  • Proficient in using all communication media including in person, phone, and video
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or with team members
