Role Summary

Technical Support Position

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Junior Technical Support specialists. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to end users, resolving or escalating issues related to software, systems, and applications.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services through structured training and on-the-job learning.
Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Business graduates with strong analytical skills and technical aptitude will also be considered.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly to new tools.
