Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Technical support specialists are essential to the success of our business, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues efficiently.

As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, chat, or email. Your primary goal is to provide first-level technical support to customers, guiding them through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical problems.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
