Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

The Technical Support Specialist responds to technical inquiries, resolves user questions and problems, troubleshoots customer issues, and provides excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and other designated client products.

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify, investigate, research, and resolve user questions and problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical specialists as needed.

For this position, we are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related technical discipline and 1-3 years of related technical experience. Achieving recognized and applicable technical certification(s) is also highly recommended.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and have a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and problem-solve are crucial for this position.
